HRO-SA offers a selection of Repeater sites, giving coverage over a large section of the Eastern Cape

SITE 1 and 2 : LADYS SLIPPER MOUNTAIN
This site on the Western fringe of Port Elizabeth gives excellent coverage over Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage, St Francis Bay, Jeffreys Bay and Humansdorp. It currently houses two repeaters, a Kenwood Analogue Repeater (fully subscribed) and an Icom IDAS Digital Repeater.

SITE 3 : VERMAAKSKOP
This outstanding site on the Cockscomb mountain range offers handheld coverage over most of Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage, Coega, Colchester and areas inland. Mobile coverage extends over the whole of Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage, and has been reported as far as Port Alfred.

SITE 4 : GRAHAMSTOWN
This site, situated on Governors Kop on the outskirts of Grahamstown offers excellent coverage over Grahamstown and it's surrounding areas. Coverage extends as far as certain areas of Port Elizabeth, and to high spots around East London.

SITE 5 and 6: LOVEMORE HEIGHTS
This repeater site is located on the ESKOM tower on the highest point of Lovemore Heights, in the centre of Port Elizabeth. We currently have two repeaters located on this site. This site offers outstanding coverage over the entire suburban Port Elizabeth, as well as covering Seaview and most of Uitenhage.
This site hosts two IDAS Digital repeaters.
